Open underground in Antwerp

On Saturday april 4 I descended deep down the Antwerp underground. These are pictures of unfinished underground tunnels that may, one day, taken back into service or just die dark caves.

Antwerp (Antwerpen in Dutch) is one of the largest cities in Belgium and it's the capital of the flemisch speaking community. Antwerp is located on the right bank of the river Schelde and has a population of about 450.000 people. The seaport is Europe's second largest.
