In Antwerpen ( and in any other Flemish city ), De Lijn is the public transporter. Public transportation in Antwerp is complex but intensive. Ticket (called BILJET) price is 1,5 EUR. If you visit Antwerp, buy a cheaper day-ticket (called DAGPAS) for 1 to 5 days. A map of the services can be found here and here. (more maps of every major city are found here)
